Franchi Curly Kale - 'Cavolo Nero Of Tuscany'

Black Tuscan Cabbage. Used to make the Florentine National dish called 'Ribollita Toscana', a stew made the day before. You can panfry it with olive oil, pancetta or bacon, and garlic. Annual: Sow in compost from February to June for a summer harvest.  Plant out into well-prepared fertile ground when large enough to handle.  Make a second sowing in summer for harvest throughout the winter
