Replacements, Refunds & Exchanges

Customers have 14 days from receiving their order to contact us regarding a replacement, refund, or exchange.

Please contact us first using our Contact Us page, including:

• Your order number
• The item(s) in question
• A brief description of the issue

We will then provide the return address and next steps.
Returns will not be accepted without prior contact.

Returns Process

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Returned items will be inspected upon arrival
• Once approved, we will proceed with a replacement, exchange, or refund

Items must be returned:

• In a condition suitable for resale
• In their original, undamaged packaging
