These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through GreensofIreland.ie. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent experience for every customer. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Order Acceptance

Once you receive an order confirmation, this means your order is being processed. A contract between you and Greens of Ireland is only formed once your order has been fully processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders in cases of:

  • Pricing errors

  • Incorrect product information

  • Items no longer in stock

If any of the above occur, we will contact you before proceeding.

Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT (23% or 13.5% where relevant).

If a product is incorrectly priced or unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed.

Payment

Full payment must be received before an order is accepted and processed.

Delivery Issues

Customers must report any delivery issues within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the courier’s tracking. This is required to allow us to raise a dispute with the courier.

We offer a 14-day no-quibble return guarantee on all products.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
