  • Impressive Size: Not your average supermarket cauliflower. The plants are vigorous, producing massive, dense white curds that can weigh upwards of 2–3 kg (4–6 lbs) when grown well.

  • The Stall: In late autumn, the plant will establish a massive root system and large leaves, then sit dormant through the short days of Dec/Jan.

  • The Advice: Do not feed high-nitrogen fertilizers after October (it promotes soft growth that frost can damage). Just mulch well, keep pigeons away, and wait for the March magic!
